Title: Front End Loader Operator

Description: 
	Responsible for operating and maintaining a front
	end loader.  Assist in crushing plant operation,
	maintenance and production.
	Other duties as required.
	
Qualifications: 
	
High school graduate, college preferred.
		
5 plus years loader operating experience of 
loaders over 5 cu yds.
		
A working knowledge of construction principles
and practices.
		
Skilled problem solving and techniques
requiring good judgment and decision making
skills.
 
		
Ability to follow instructions.
		
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
		
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a
diverse work force.
		
PROVEN PUNCTUALITY IS A MUST.

Valid drivers license required
